I was born in number 52 Cornfield Road Reigate in 1931. We moved from there in 1935 when my sister Eileen was born

Lived at number 52 from the age of three (1955) and never knew Pam Boniface was born in the same house.

I lived at 54 Cornfield Road from 1939 - 1946. My Grandparents, Walter and Alice Warner moved into the house from St Mary's Road together with my aunts as little girls around 1901. My grandfather died there in 1925 and nan died in May 1939 when I was 3 weeks old. My mum, Winifred Mary Warner was born in the house in 1906 and was married from the house to my dad Stanley Granville Coomber in June 1937. The house was called Ivydene. The shop at the bottom corner was owned by my mum's godfather Mr Waghorn, I well remember him and his wife in the shop. My grandparents originally came to Reigate from Pulborough and Wisborough Green in Sussex.
