The Terrace, Heathfield, Reigate.

I had a flat in this fine house which was once owned by Mr Rank. Conservatory has long gone. I never knew it had a terrace running along the back. there is a path, but nothing as grand as this. Down by the lodge there was also a run down kennel used by Rank for his dogs. Would love to know who and when this image was painted.
