This view looks to be over what was Chart Field until the early 1900@s when the land was sold off in plots by a Mr Pepper. The field is now known as Chartfield Road which cuts fron Chart Lane by the Service Men's club and meets Chart Lane again at the other end at the juntion of Crackell Road. The smal houses ypou can see the back of mid-left photo would appear to be Albion Road.
