"The officer leading is Bill Vine and the Petty Officer behind the Colour is Maurice Potter.
There are other faces that I recognise. Basically, it is a winter photograph (blue tops beneath
the tunic rather than white fronts) and is therefore probably a parade for Trafalgar Day
