Further down the road on the left though a gap in the hedge, the owner had a White Cockatoo Parot that had a lot to say! At the top end, on the right of the picture, Mr Hotton (who owned the yard opposite Curringtons) kept one of the first Electric Milk Floats which I believe he had built himself. This was on the way to our Sports Field in Pilgrims Way, along Sommers Road. |
